Our Proximal Strength Row Classes in Springfield, MO, are a 45-minute, non-stop, lightweight, low-to-moderate intensity conditioning workout. It’s the perfect quick sweat sesh for all fitness and skill levels. Our row classes are primarily programmed around our fleet of 24 Concept 2 Row Ergs. Row Class instructors also frequently program with Proximal Strength’s vast equipment arsenal of 16 Ski Ergs, 20 Assault Bikes, and 10 Assault Runners. Add in light to moderate load weights and infinitely scaleable bodyweight movements and you’ve got yourself THE PERFECT WORKOUT.
