Our Endurance program is designed to improve your aerobic capacity, stamina, and overall performance through structured training. Whether you're a runner, cyclist, or just looking to increase your cardiovascular fitness, our expert-led sessions focus on sustained effort, efficient movement, and strategic pacing to help you go the distance.
Proximal Strength's Endurance program is designed to offer an organized, scheduled endurance class to ALL athletes—regardless of fitness level or running ability—that will focus on improving overall speed, endurance, stamina, and health through implementation of a structured, interval-based training program. Endurance is currently offered on Mondays at 5:30pm. We meet in the far back corner of the gym for a WOD briefing, then head out to the back lot for the workout.

Visiting from out of town, or coming from another local gym and want to start by just checking out the vibe at the gym? Drop in for a group workout class for just $15.
