New members can start with 3 on-ramp private training sessions with one of our coaches so that we can get you up to speed on how we do things at Proximal and to ensure you have the best experience with our group training. The purpose of your 3 Foundations private sessions is 3-fold: an overall wellness and movement assessment, learning technique, and ensuring safety and comfort.
These classes are 1 -on-1 or 1-on-2 and personally instructed by a qualified Proximal Strength coach. Cost is $200 and includes the first month of an Unlimited Membership.
You will learn the 9 fundamental functional fitness movements, the Olympic Lifts, and will be instructed on miscellaneous skills and training modalities (Gymnastics movements, Jump Rope, Plyometrics, etc).
These sessions are scheduled based upon your availability and you may begin attending daily group WODs, row classes, and endurance training sessions immediately.
